This last season saw another successful season with our Senior First XI (2nd Grade) taking out the Premiership with a large and excited crowd watching on. As they were the only team to go onto the Grand final after having to win the last home and away game to make finals, a big congratulations to the team is well deserved .
In 2015/16 season, Cam Dunne won the top award for the 2nd Grade competition, with the Bernie Davey Medal, after Noel Heafield won the same award the previous season. 2018/19 saw Michael Snaith bring home the medal once again for the club.
His brother Lachie took out the top award, in 2020/21, winning the Bernie Davey Medal with 17 votes, 4 clear of the
runner up, Matt Swards from Golden Point.
Hayden Micallef continues with the role of captaining our senior 1st XI, with Max Burton continuing with the 2nd XI captaincy .
This season sees both of our senior sides continuing under the reins of Premiership winning Senior coach Mark Kennedy.
Under 11 coaches are Jenny Bates assisted by Stuart Grigg & Ashley Smith.
Under 13's have Anthony McIlwaine and Max Burton as their coaches.
Under 15's are being looked after by Summer Dehnert as she will be coaching and coordinating between Ballan and Brown Hill.
Jack McGregor and Ben Loughnane have taken on our Under 17 side with help from a couple of other senior players.
Thursday nights see 'Woolworths Junior Blasters' back again as there are a lot of kids who enjoy the chance to get a great start to their cricket careers.
Training will be at Ballan.
The Centurions supporters club is still continuing with the BCC to bring non playing members ( ex players & supporters alike) together to be recognized as a large and ongoing part of the club.
Well done to all of our teams for the previous season & good luck for the current season.
And many thanks to our sponsors and supporters..
